This grouping will make the lesson easier to be followed and understood by the first grader. So, every part consists of a list of small numbers of fry words. Well, as we have discussed before, the first 100 fry words are divided into 4 parts. Or, the common term is the first 100 fry words. Well, the ideal amount of first fry words that we can provide to kids is 100 words. One of many methods is fry words or sight words. So, there are plenty of methods that are considered as a good method to help them in reading fluency. Well, we know, it is really impossible for us to memorize all letters in fry words at once, so are the kids. Since the fry words are filled with a list of vocabularies, we need to introduce to our kids gradually. How many Fry sight words should a first grader know? The 100 vocabularies actually are grouped into four divisions. The first 100 fry words are determined as the first level of the fry words. So, that's why there is a term named the first 100 fry words. Commonly, when it comes to introducing fry words, the first amount of sight words that will be given is 100.
Well, since fry words including many vocabularies, this makes the students learn the fry words gradually. This is a good method to help them reading fluently. Fry words are a list of words that the kids are able to recognize or know it quickly.

To keep the clipart secure, but maintain animations, I had to create a password on the files. PLEASE NOTE->This will open in Microsoft PowerPoint. 2 worksheets (color the sight word or write the word in the box).This way you have 2 games to play for each set of sight words. Since sight words are something you’ll review all year, I have created 2 versions of each set of words. Each set works on 20 words at a time (see preview images to see how the sets are broken down). >The sight word list has been broken down into smaller sets and in order of frequency. There are 2 worksheets you can use to differentiate learning if needed, as well as use the timed slides or manual slides depending on how fluent your students are in that skill.
Students can play in groups or partners to help each other hunt for the answer on the paper to match what they see on the screen. The student finding the answers, will go to the end of the line. After a couple of turns, a screen will pop up prompting students to switch players. Students will say what the sight word they see on the screen, then hunt for the answer on their paper. Have students get in small groups and stand behind their table with their worksheet in front of them. Do you want to incorporate some movement and team building into your literacy lessons?
